SHIPPING POLICY

At Sculptia Beauty, we offer tracked delivery across the United Kingdom. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your Beauty Tech devices! If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order, in full compliance with UK consumer law. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the issue, and we will gladly arrange a free replacement or full refund. To start a return, please reach out to us at support@sculptiabeauty.com.
